SELLERS INFORMATION

WELCOME - PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING

Hi there,

We’re so glad you’re thinking about selling with us.

We know families of multiples are busy. If you can volunteer, amazing (and you’ll keep more of your sales). If you can’t, that’s totally okay — you can still sell.

Quick things to know:

  • Use the right email + phone number. That’s how we’ll confirm your details.
  • Please reply to our confirmation message. The week before the sale, our Sale Coordinator will confirm your drop-off time and (if you chose one) your volunteer shift. If we can’t reach you or don’t hear back, we may need to give your spot to someone on the waitlist.
  • During registration you’ll choose:
    • Friday check-in time to drop off your items, and
    • volunteer shift (optional)

Volunteering (optional, but you keep more):

  • You can have someone (16 years or older) volunteer on your behalf! Niece, nephew, friend, ect.
  • Volunteer shifts are first come, first served. If a shift is full, you’ll be placed on a waitlist.
  • If you sign up for a shift, please make sure you have childcare arranged for that time.
  • Can't volunteer on the Friday or Saturday? We have other options! Reach out to salecoordinator@ttmac.org and we will find the right fit for you.

And truly — if volunteering isn’t doable right now, no guilt. You can still participate as a seller.

Commission (how much you keep):

Members

  • Seller Only (no volunteering): keep 50%
  • ½ Day (4 hours): keep 60%
  • 8 hours (Friday or Saturday): keep 75%
  • Saturday Warrior (10 hours): keep 80%
  • Weekend Warrior (~18 hours Fri + Sat): keep 90%

Non-members (volunteer roles only)

  • 8 hours (Friday or Saturday): keep 65%
  • Saturday Warrior (10 hours): keep 70%
  • Weekend Warrior (~18 hours Fri + Sat): keep 80%

The more you volunteer, the more you keep — and volunteers also get earlier shopping access.
